1. Acceptance

By using LeroCards ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

LeroCards is a mindmapping and study tool. It allows you to create, edit, and organize mindmaps.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide an accurate email address. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the mindmaps and content you create. LeroCards claims no intellectual property rights over your content. The Service itself, including its code and design, is proprietary.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in the Account settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app.
